Phoenix Trail Victory

ONE of the last stumbling blocks to the completion of the Phoenix Trail, in Thame, has finally been overcome after six years of negotiations.
SUSTRANS Area Manager, Simon Pratt has brokered an agreement with land-owner, Mr Waters, over that time, and now a lease agreement has been signed.
