Pedestrian Dies After Road Collision
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road collision in Long Crendon.
A black Vauxhall Signum Elite hit a pedestrian on the Thame Road just before 6am this morning, March 15.
It is believed the pedestrian was either walking along the side of the road or crossing it when the collision occurred.
The pedestrian, a man in his sixties, was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital but later died as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the car, which was travelling in the direction of Thame, did not need hospital treatment but was badly shaken.
