SOLL Leisure is delivering free, one day passes to thousands of homes across Oxfordshire this autumn, as part of its GET FIT in 00.30.00 campaign.
The campaign has been designed to make it as easy as possible for people to build regular physical activity into their lives, whether it is at work, at home, or in the gym. As well as the free vouchers, customers can download a free trial voucher from the SOLL Leisure website “Link

SOLL Leisure says: “At SOLLutions we are absolutely committed to encouraging the people in the local community to make regular physical activity a part of their lives. We are constantly seeing coverage in the media about how we are facing an obesity and health epidemic; however exercising for 30 minutes at least five times a week can have a dramatic impact on your health. It can reduce the risk of premature death, heart disease, some cancers and type two diabetes, as well as improving mental health and sense of wellbeing.
“Incorporating exercise into your life can be extremely daunting. This campaign will help you break down the challenge of getting physically fit into manageable bite-sized chunks. The Fit in 00.30.00 programme recommends a minimum of two 30 minute sessions a week in the gym and three of more sessions of 30 minutes elsewhere. Activities can include DIY, gardening, dancing, walking and even housework! This campaign is about a realistic, sustainable approach to exercise and fitness.”
