If you have a POST OFFICE CARD ACCOUNT and wish someone else to have formal authority, and their own card, to go and collect your money for you, you need to ask for a ?permanent agent access form?. This is a form P6163 available from any post office – except Cuddington and Stone. It takes two weeks for the second card to be received.
If you have a GIRO that has to be cashed at Haddenham, ring the issuing office to ask for another to cash at another office – and do not forget to take identification (eg a utility bill, or a credit card with your signature on) to the office when you go to cash the giro.
