Normal Service on Saturday between the London Marylebone/Aylesbury via Amersham line and normal servies all weekend on the Stratford-upon-Avon/Birmingham Snow Hill to London Marylebone via Banbury and High Wycombe line, but bus replacement service on Saturday and Sunday due to important engineering works between Princess Risbourough and Aylesbury.

Buses replace trains on Sunday between 09.05 and 20.00 between Aylesbury and Amersham stations.

This weekend -Saturday 31st and Sunday 1st April – Chiltern Railways are pleased to announce that there are no planned engineering works on the Stratford-upon-Avon/Birmingham Snow Hill to London Marylebone via the Banbury and High Wycombe line. We are also running a full service with no scheduled track improvement on Saturday between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via the Amersham line.

If you are travelling between Princess Risborough and Aylesbury on Saturday or Sunday a bus replacement service will replace the train service. This is due to important engineering works taking place, so passengers are advised that they may have an increase in their journey.

We will also have a bus replacement service on Sunday between Aylesbury and Amersham for connecting London Underground services to and from Baker Street. We are advising our passengers to check before they travel and be aware that they may have extensions to their journey.

The Chiltern Railways website -www.chilternrailways.co.uk – has loads of great ideas for weekend days out. The website has full timetable information, as well as a summary of Chiltern Railways’ great value fares, such as Just
