Delphine Art in Thame, has changed hands after the previous owner, Delphine Beecham, decided to retire after 30 years.
Lisa Norgate-Barnes has now bought the business and which will still be providing a bespoke picture framing service with the same team. The doors of a new-look framing boutique will open on February 19, 2018.
Lisa told Thame.Net: “In addition to the framing, we’re opening Thame’s first Creative Hub in May. The hub will have an art studio where people of all ages will be able to use the space, our materials and project ideas to get arty. We’ll also be opening an art cafe where you can view our exhibitions and indulge in creative ideas – as well as a slice of cake.
“There’ll also be regular local artist exhibitions and the studio will be available to hire in the evenings for workshops and classes.”
Lisa added: “Part of the reason I took the business on is that as a Thame resident I wanted to become part of this fabulous, vibrant business community.”
