Thame Pop icon leads attack on new royalties rules

BEE GEE Robin Gibb, who lives in Thame, has been in the forefront recently of a battle against changes to the way performers receive royalties for their work.
As leader of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC), Robin attacked the European Commission for banning restrictions which prevent royalty collecting agencies operating outside their national territories.
