Amendment No. 1 is to i) improve the layout of the lounge and its relationship with the garden, ii) increase natural light in the stair hall & iii) reduce the size of the first floor bathroom window. There is no change to the front elevation. TTC had no strong views on the original application in April 2008 and SODC granted approval in May 2008.
