Getting the most out of salad cream jars
Dear Editor, Can I suggest a couple more ideas for emptying containers: a little milk in the salad cream jar when its getting low will, if mixed in, enable one to virtually empty the jar very easily – no need to stand the jar upside down to drain it.
Also the same addition to the “empty” tomato soup tin can result in the same outcome. By those means any “rinsing” still needed is very minimal
