Thame hair specialist’s sentence appeal rejected
A THAME hair and scalp practitioner, imprisoned for sexual offences against four of his clients, has had his appeal against a three-year prison sentence rejected by the Court of Appeal.
Father of four, Praminder Mankoo, who operated from his clinic in Thame, was given a three year prison sentence for each of one count of indecent assault, and three of sexual assault, in September 2008.
He is expected to leave prison in April 2010 at the earliest.
