Charges following Thame tool theft
A man has been charged with four offences following a burglary at a Thame warehouse on August, 6, 2009.
Rikki Brackett, aged 29, from Nunnery Close in Oxford, appeared at Oxford Magistrates? Court yesterday (13/08/09) and has been remanded in custody to reappear at Oxford Magistrates? Court on August 28.
The charges relate to incidents that happened on August 06, when power tools were stolen from a warehouse in Jane Morbey Road in Thame, and he was allegedly driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with no insurance.
Brackett has also been charged with taking a motor vehicle without consent and driving with no insurance after a blue Rover was stolen from an address in Bayswater Road, London, on August 09.
A 25-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the same incident, for taking a motor vehicle without consent, driving whilst disqualified and making off without payment. He has been released on bail until August 20, 2009.
