HERE is the latest Thame neighbourhood update from Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), Diane Jackson C9610, and Lucy Thorne C8966.

Crime info; Thame has had two separate thefts of poppy appeal collection boxes, from the library and the Fuji shop.
There have been two incidents of attempted distraction burglaries in Thame. Distraction burglars prey on the elderly and vulnerable by using the excuse a child had lost his ball in the back garden. Please also remember that agencies and utility companies will always make a appointment to visit. Do not answer the door if you are not expecting them. Please use a window to look out of if possible before answering the door and if in doubt keep them out. Thame Neighbour hood team have identified vulnerable areas and will be conducting high visible patrols in these areas. Any concerns at all please contact: 0845 8 505 505

Anti social behaviour info: There has been one section 59 Order served for causing alarm, distress, and annoyance in a motor vehicle. There have been six alcohol seizures in the Thame area, from youths under age.

Offenders brought to justice: Two 16 year-old boys who stole a poppy appeal charity box from a shop in Thame, have been sentenced. One boy received a six month extension on his existing referral order and ordered to pay
