01/05/10…Woman charged in connection with Thame robbery
POLICE officers investigating the robbery of Robert Gatward jewellers, in High Street, Thame, on April 15, 2010, have arrested three men and one woman in connection with the offence.
The suspects were arrested from addresses in Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley and Milton Keynes. The three men have been released on bail pending further enquiries. Katy Rose Brown of Whaddon Way, Bletchley has been charged with conspiracy to rob Robert Gatward jewellers on April 15, 2010, and has been remanded in custody until May 11, by Milton Keynes Magistrates.

Detective Sergeant Alun Watkins from Thame CID said: “we are very grateful for the tremendous response we received from members of the public and staff that witnessed the robbery and were able to give vital information that helped detectives trace the offenders.”
NEED TO TRACE MINI
Two of the stolen cars used in the robbery, a black Peugeot 407 coupe and a blue Fiat Punto, have been recovered by the police. However they urgently need to trace the third vehicle used by the robbers in their getaway, a red Mini Cooper with a black roof. This vehicle was stolen from a burglary in Milton Keynes on April 12, and is believed to have carried false registration plates.
