JOHN Howell, the Conservative candidate for the Henley constituency, retains his seat after a decisive win in the general election 2010.

John Howell – Conservative 30,054 (19,796
Andy Crick – Lib Dem 13,466 ( 9,680)
Richard McKenzie – Lab 5,835 ( 1,066)
Laurence Hughes – UKIP 1,817 ( 843)
Mark Stephenson – Green 1,328 ( 1,321)
The total number of votes casr was 53,620, a turnout of 73.3% !!
