29/06/10…..Thame man twice dumped illegal rubbish

A THAME man has been find by Aylesbury magistrates after admitting two offences of illegally dumping waste.

Lee Rocky Quarterman, 46, of Chinnor Road, Thame, dumped rubbish near a lay-by on the A4129 near Kingsey, in March, 2009, and again in January this year. The rubbish was traced back to him.

He admitted, when questioned, dumping the waste illegally outside the closed household waste recycling centre at Bledlow Ridge, Buckinghamshire, but was not able to explain why his rubbish had been found at Kingsey near his home in Thame.
