27/09/10…Appeal following unprovoked attack in Thame
THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a 19-year-old man suffered injuries to his head and body during an unprovoked attack in Thame.
The victim, who had been attending the Thame Fair, was walking along Skippon Way, near the junction with Roundhead Drive, with friends at about 11.04pm on 17 September, when he was confronted by two men.
As he was walking away from the men, he was struck on the back of the head and fell to the ground, following which he was repeatedly kicked by both men, before managing to escape.
He suffered bruising and scratches to his back and chest and swelling to his head.
The first suspect is described as white, about 20-21 years-old, 5ft 10ins, with a stocky build, and blond/light brown spiky hair. He was wearing a chequered dark brown/black shirt.
The second suspect is described as white, about 20-21 years-old, 6ft tall, with brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue/black jumper.
