21/02/11…..Boosting business in Market Towns

MARKET town businesses looking to promote themselves further are being encouraged to go along to a special networking event next month, to discover new ways to reach new customers, how work with other local businesses and how to play a bigger role in helping to boost their local economy.

The focus of the event will be to help businesses better demonstrate what they are doing, as a way of helping them bring in new business and further strengthen existing relationships.

During the morning those attending will get the chance to hear presentations about how to go about telling other people about their particular business, how they can work collaboratively to build partnerships, how they can be involved in advancing business in their town and how they can use new media to help reach new and existing customers.

The event, which is free to attend, will take place at Cornerstone, 25 Station Road, Didcot, on Monday, March 21, between 7.30am and 12.30pm.
