YES, it’s that time again. The first Thursday in the month, so it’s First Thursday Music Club’s open Mic night at The Stables, behind The James Figg.

donated by Vintage and Modern Guitars of Thame.

One of the great things about the First Thursday Music Club is that it is always on the First Thursday of every month and therefore quite easy to remember. The only slight downside to this is that the December one is always a few weeks away from the big day so it is quite hard to have a Christmas FTMC and stay trendy. However, as those who have been will know, staying trendy is not high on our list of priorities therefore this Thursday will feature our annual nod to the festive season with the GREAT FTMC RAFFLE. Last year a beautiful Yamaha Pacifica was cleanly won and enjoyed by Andrea who was only there to watch the young George (her son) – result Andrea! This year we have gone one better: The Fabulous Phil and Maria from the equally fabulous VINTAGE AND MODERN GUITARS have donated an Takamine Acoustic – a serious piece of kit!!
