26/07/13…Elizabeth Ann Flippance 1936 – 2013
THE family of Elizabeth Ann Flippance have, with great sadness, today announced her death. Elizabeth, known as Ann, was born Elizabeth Ann Crowdy, in Thame in 1936 and lived here until she married in 1958, when she moved up the hill to Scotsgrove.
She then moved back to Thame with her husband, Reg, in the 1980s and remained there until ill health resulted in her having to move away.
The funeral will be at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Thursday, August 1, at 2.30pm. Donations, if desired, can be made to the Dogs for the Disabled charity.
