11/05/13…..REMINDER: Roll up, roll up for all the fun of the fete

THE links between Thame Community Hospital League of Friends and the Thame and District Day Centre will be further fostered when they join forces for this year’s fete in May.

Day Centre manager, Gill Coleman said that the stalls run by Day Centre volunteers would focus on children and traditional children?s party fun. She has expressed her thanks to Sainsbury?s for agreeing to donate ice cream for the Ice Cream Stall.

A sub committee of Centre volunteers and staff has been working for months preparing for the Centre?s contribution to the joint event which does so much to foster links between the two Charities and the town.

“It?ll be a great day. Everyone?s welcome,” said Gill.

The fete will be held at the Community Hospital in East Street on Saturday, May 11, from 2pm to 4pm.
