02/07/12…..Lord Bill’s presents: Brush Up Your Shakespear

Lord Williams?s School Lower School proudly presents ?Brush Up Your Shakespeare? and there still are some tickets for tomorrow, Tuesday, July 3, at 7pm in the Phoenix Performance space.

Timed to coincide with the 2012 World Shakespeare Festival, this Lower School Production explores scenes from a number of Shakespeare?s plays.

Two children wake unexpectedly to find themselves in unfamiliar surroundings. As the play continues, it becomes clear that they are stuck in a series of Shakespeare?s plays and their presence has not gone unnoticed.

Written by William Shakespeare and Aldyth Thompson (Head of Drama at Lord Williams?s School), the play aims to give the audience an insight into some of the most famous scenes in Shakespeare as well as asking questions about the line between dreams and reality.
