Big band concert raises funds for Cancer Research UK

THE free, Big Band concert in aid of Cancer Research UK, held at Thame Snooker Club last Thursday (12/09) raised £277.

Thame-based Sound Force, and The Velvet Tones, provided the music and Sound Force’s very own master of the saxophone, Vic Winslade, said: “It was a terrific night and great to see so many people enjoying the big band sound. We are proud to have contributed to help such a worthwhile cause that effects so many of us.”
