Join our TEAM……. Risborough Carers are NOW recruiting. We are looking for someone who is able to give practical help & support to all clients needing assistance in their own home, to aid their continued independence in the community, wherever possible, consistent with their own wishes and agreed outcomes.
With the approval of Risborough Carers, attending to the domestic, personal care and social needs of clients, aimed at creating an environment where the Client can achieve and maintain maximum independence.
The tasks will vary depending on the needs of the individual clients, which will be assessed by Risborough Carers Manager as set out in the Support Plan.
Responsible for Personal Care for Clients, Help & Support.
