Lost Shoe!

ON Wednesday, November 15th, 2017, at Thame Youth Café, one of the young people lost a school shoe.

We’re sincerely hoping it has somehow ended up in someone’s bag by accident. Please check school bags and let us know if you find it. Contact: @thameyouthcafe if you have found it.

Thame shop owner given permission to paint the shop white

FITCH and Fellows, which recently opened at 15 Buttermarket, Thame, has been given planning consent to repaint the shop-frontage white from black. (08/05/17)

The retail unit was previously occupied by Kismet Jewellers.

Driving instructor asks pupil to parallel park in a Thame street

A driving instructor today (30/3/17), had a Learner driver  parallel park along Chinnor Road, Thame

A resident exclaimed on social media: “Today a driving instructor was getting her pupil to parallel park along here at the busiest time of day…kids coming out of school…..caused a major obstruction. What a stupid place to teach a learner. I know in real life we do have to sometimes park in a difficult place but this is not the right place to teach someone.”
