BIRMINGHAM-based commercial property developer, Stoford, is seeking planning permission for the development of the employment site allocated in the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.
Working on behalf of haberdashery distributor, Groves, and print and production house Windles, Stoford intend to apply for planning for 100,000 sq ft and 49,000 sq ft respectively for warehouse and production facilities.
A public consultation will be held at ThameTown Hall on Friday 28 March 10am – 7pm for residents to view and comment on the proposals for Site B, and to speak with the developers directly.
The developer has stated that at least 70 new jobs could result from this development.
