OXFORDSHIRE southbound following an earlier overturned vehicle between Junction 6, B4009 (Watlington) and Junction 5, A40 (Stokenchurch). All lanes have been re-opened. In the roadworks area. Congestion to J8, M40 for Oxford.

Currently delays of 40 mins caused by congestion due to an earlier overturned vehicle. Normal traffic conditions expected from 4:30 pm.
