The sessions will be fun and informal to music and for all ages and abilities. And FREE!

Male and Female Professional coaches from Oxfordshire County Cricket Board will run the sessions each week at Church Meadow, Thame.

Thame CC spokesman, Matt Swain, said: “Thame CC is serious about setting up a female section as we look to redevelop the pavilion in partnership with Thame Hockey Club over the next two years.

“We will be putting out posters and flyers in Thame at the football club, Chinnor RFC, Thame Hockey Club, Racquets, the Tennis Club and neighbouring village cricket clubs to encourage as many women and girls to take part and have some fun. All ages and abilities are welcome.”
