Miniaturists Plan Charity Fair

MARKET Town Miniaturists of Thame have been working hard over the past year to produce 1000 tombola prizes for their forthcoming charity Dolls House and Miniatures Fair and Exhibition.
100% of the money raised by the event, on Saturday, February 11, will be donated to The Breast Cancer Campaign.
Attractions include an exhibition of dolls houses, old and new, plus room boxes and miniature shops, a “School days” exhibit, with Victorian school, a modern classroom and the club’s projects of scenes from their favourite books (some of the scenes can be seen in the window of the Coffee House in Buttermarket, Thame).
There will also be 17 quality stands with miniatures to buy, a raffle with star prize of large children’s dolls house, plus stand; Name The House competition, Grande Tombola, childrens’ quiz, demonstrations, second-hand dolls houses and related items table and home-made refreshments.
The venue for this exciting event is Barley Hill school, which is only four minutes walk from the town centre.
