Death of Richard Martin of Racquets

IT is with great sadness that we have to report that Richard Graham Martin of Racquets Fitness Centre, Thame, passed away peacefully yesterday morning, Saturday, February 27. His wife and two sons were at his bedside.

Sue Martin Downhill, Richard’s daughter-in-law, said: “Richard was an extremely honourable and hard working man, a wonderful husband, great grandpa and supportive dad.

“He was an avid Crystal Palace supporter.

“Details of Richard’s funeral will follow in the next week and we welcome anyone who knew him to attend.”
