Special Film Night For Gadget
THAME Cinema 4 All are planning a very special film night and raffle to raise funds for Martin Gadd, the popular ex Lord Williams’s student who broke his neck recently in a fall.
On Friday, June 16, Thame Cinema will be showing ?The March of the Penguins?(U).
Gadget, as Martin is known to his friends, is in the Spinal Injuries Unit in Stoke Mandeville hospital where he is having intensive physiotherapy to help him learn how to manage his disabilities and to assist him towards independent living.
His friends and family are supporting him through fundraising to help pay for the enormous expense that is involved in Martin moving from hospital to his parents? home, which needs extensive modifications for disabled access. He then intends to return to University to continue his degree course in Sports Studies
As part of the special film night there will be a fantastic raffle where EVERYONE?S A WINNER. Thame businesses have been incredibly generous in offering prizes, including a meal for two worth
