Angle Property Ltd, who have recently acquired the DAF site, on the edge of Thame from Tesco, say that they intend to apply for planning permission to develop the site, known as Kingsmead Business Park, for a residential led, mixed use redevelopment.
Tesco recently sold the site to Angle Property, after the supermarket giant failed several attempts to obtain planning permission for a supermarket on the site.
