Burglaries In Thame Warning – Ringmaster Message
OVERNIGHT, between Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th December, a property in Horton Avenue, Thame, was burgled and cash stolen. Entry was gained via a rear ground floor window. This was a repeat victim and anyone living nearby, are asked to keep an extra look out for anyone suspicious in the area. URN 474 of 10/12/06.
The second burglary occurred between 9th & 12th December in Ludsden Grove, Thame. Entry was gained by forcing the rear door, it is not known if any property has been stolen. URN 50 of 12/12/06.
The third burglary occurred in Kings Road, Thame, on Monday 11th December during the early hours of the morning. At 02:40hrs offenders broke into the property by smashing the glass in a front door window. Property stolen included, laptop computers, electrical items and two cars, a silver VW Golf and a silver VW Polo. URN 97 of 11/12/06.
There was also an attempted burglary to a property in Glenham Road, Thame, at 02:00hrs on Monday 11th December. It would appear that the offenders tried to push an instrument through the letterbox in an attempt to get car keys left on a ledge inside, by the front door. URN 383 of 11/12/06.
