Party Piece from Thame Players
UNTIL Saturday, September 13, The Players Theatre, Nelson Street, Thame, at 7.45 pm.
PARTY PIECE
Following the sell-out success of Richard Harris?s Outside Edge in July, Thame Players now presents another brilliant comedy by the same playwright. Party Piece is set in the gardens of neighbours, Michael and Roma Smethurst and Mrs Hinson. It is the night of Michaels and Roma?s fancy dress house-warming party. The evening looks set to be a lively one when a string of hilarious disasters strike, including a distinct lack of guests, a burning garden shed, a marauding zimmer frame and the prospect of an irate husband on the prowl. Michael and Roma?s patience is further tried by the arrival of their neighbour, Mrs Hinson, who brings her own brand of party entertainment in the form of the domestic squabbles of her son and daughter-in-law. Party Piece is a fast paced and very funny play and promises to be equally as successful as Outside Edge.
Party Piece can be seen at The Players Theatre, Nelson Street, Thame from Tuesday 9th to Saturday 13th September at 7.45pm each evening. Tickets cost
