Bus service changes announced

ON November O2, 2009, a number of changes will be made to bus services supported by Buckinghamshire County Council. These include changes to timetables, operators and service numbers. Some poorly used services have been withdrawn with parts of their routes incorporated within other services.

260/261 Arriva Mon – Sat Oxford – Thame & Thame – Aylesbury; This service will be replaced by new Arriva service 110, with journeys to Oxford withdrawn. (i.e. service will run between Aylesbury and Thame only)

Service 11 Mon – Fri Brill – Oakley – Thame – Aylesbury; This service will be replaced by service 111

Service 12 Tues & Thurs Brill – Oakley – Thame – Princes Risborough; This service will be replaced by service 113 with some sections withdrawn. This service will no longer serve Ford, Bishopstone or Owlswick.

Service 13 Tues & Thurs Thame – Princes Risborough; This service will be replaced by service 113 with some sections withdrawn. This service will no longer serve TOWERSEY.

Service 15 Weds & Fri Chinnor – Princes Risborough – Aylesbury; This service will be withdrawn, but with the route through Ford & Bishopstone replaced by service 112.

Service 30 Fridays only Brill – Oakley – Bicester; This service will be withdrawn. Journeys on a Friday will be provided by service 112.

38 Redline Wednesdays only Brill – Oakley – Aylesbury; This service will be replaced by service 112.
