Reminder of road works in Chinnor and surrounding areas

• 9th September to 13th September – B4445 Thame Road closed from junction of Station Road down to Sydenham Junction for road improvements and resurfacing

This closure is from 8am to 5pm each day.

• 16th September to 19th September – Station Road to Lower Road junction closed (also Thame Road is a possibility) for road improvements and resurfacing

This closure is from 8am to 5pm each day.

• 30th September to 4th October – Sydenham Road from junction of the B4445 to Stert Road junction – closed for drainage works
• Traffic lights will be on Estover Way from 9th September to 17th September for road surface improvements
• Traffic lights will be on Church Road from 18th September to 20th September for Thames Water repairs.

Update from Carousel Bus – Link 40 public bus route from High Wycombe to Thame via Chinnor and vice versa..

Week commencing 9th September 2019 (Thame road closure week 1)

Carousel Bus – Link 40 to Thame – has now confirmed to CPC that there will be no planned change to the schedule for next week during the Thame Road closure.

They are planning on running to the current timetable and have been able to adjust the route and will be going through Chinnor and Longwick / Kingsey into Thame.

Week commencing 9th September 2019 – All services this week will run 10 minutes earlier to accommodate diverting via Longwick.
RL01 – this service will change to start from Chinnor.

RL02 – Start from Estover Way 07:40
RL04 – start from Oakley Lane at 07:45
RL08 – start at Estover Way at 07:45
RL09 – start at Estover Way at 07:45
