Car crime down and other good news from Thame PCSOs

THAME’S Police Community Support Officers, Diane Jackson and Lucy Thorne, have issued their latest Thame neighbourhood update:

Crime mapping shows that vehicle crime related incidents for the last three months up to May this year, in comparison with the same period last year, have decreased by 27.3 percent. This is due to the hot-spot areas having high visibility patrols and the Pub Watch scheme, as well as partner agencies all working together.

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) info:

Throughout June we have received reports of ASB relating to dog walking in the grass/park areas including the Elms Park and Southern Road Recreation area. We would like to remind people that dogs should be on leads.

We are still receiving complaints of littering in Southern Road Rec. Can we please remind you all that bins are there for a reason; please use them for your litter once you have used the public areas. We are able to issue a Fixed Penalty Notice of
