10/11/10…Scrutiny says ‘yes’ to site F

THE local planning authority has approved the Draft Core Strategy for South Oxfordshire, including its planning officers’ recommendation that site F, on the pig farm in Oxford Road, Thame, is the best place for a major future housing development.

Town Cllr Mike Dyer spoke on behalf of Thame Town Council who supported Site F, and Judi Robinson, who lives in Oxford Road, spoke against site F.

Jeffrey Emmett, of David Hignell, spoke on behalf of the owner of Site F, Charles Castle.
