THE much anticipated (well, I was looking forward to it!) and promised public consultation about which flags and when should be flown from Thame town hall, has been postponed indefinitely by the council’s Flag Flying working group because it was agreed that ..”a consultation about flags at this time could deflect from the vitally important Neighbourhood plan.”
