05/02/13…..Thame Music club celebrates its third birthday

THE Thame First Thursday Club, which meets monthly at the Stables, behind The James Figg pub, will be celebrating its third birthday this Thursday.

Thame?s biggest, monthly, music event was originally started by Jonny Littler, and has since grown to become the regular diary event for many people in Thame and the surrounding area.

Jonnie?s band, 2am Blue, are the featured act this month. The band is comprised of Jonnie himslef on lead guitar and vocals, Jim Greenough on rhythm guitar and vocals, Steve Greenough on Bass, Tom Reveler on percussion and new band member Vanessa Hake on Keyboards and vocals.

Joining 2am Blue for the birthday celebrations will be:

The Band with No Name
The Memphis Rattlesnakes
Dave and Sophie Crowe

Hopefully Sir Walt will get back from Derby in time, and 2am Blue themselves should be on at around 10pm.

Anyone can play on the night just by signing up at the venue from 7.45pm.
