WITH the recent heavy rainfall Thames Valley Police are advising anyone living or working in Oxfordshire to contact Oxfordshire County Council to report a flood or to get advice ? phone the Highways Team on 0845 310 11 11 and select option 1, or visit http://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/public-site/flooding
