12/08/13 Did you witness fail-to-stop M40 collision?

INFORMATION about the movements of a BMW with Italian licence plates sought: THAMES Valley Police is appealing for information after a fail to stop collision on the northbound carriageway of the M40 between junction three at Loudwater, and junction four at High Wycombe.

Officers were called shortly after 10am on Saturday (10/8) after reports that an Audi A2 was involved in a collision with dark-coloured BMW with Italian licence plates that failed to stop at the scene of the collision.

The driver of the Audi A2 was taken to Wexham Park Hospital for treatment to his injuries after the vehicle he was travelling in overturned on the road as a result of the collision.

Investigating officer, PC Kay Dickinson, said: “I am keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this collision or seen the movements of the BMW either before or after the collision.”

Anyone with information can contact PC Dickinson via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Line on 101.
