16/08/13 Plans for 175 new homes in Thame submitted
A planning application to build 175 residential dwellings – including ‘up to 40% affordable houses’ on land west of Thame Park Road, Thame, has been submitted. The site is known as Site D in the Thame Neighbourhood Plan, as one of the designated sites for development.
The Plans will be considered by a meeting of the full Thame Town Council on Tuesday, August 20, to decide the council’s recommendations and comments to be made to South Oxfordshire District Council.
Consultation on the plan started on July 26 and any representations on this application should be made in writing, ideally by using the web-form which can be accessed via the link below, no later than August 29, 2013 – that’s 13 days!
Tuesday’s meeting is a public meeting and anyone wishing to speak must apply to the town council by 5pm the day before the meeting. Instructions HERE
