Woman with knife detained at Thame fair

FOLLOWING reports on social media that a woman wealding knives had been seen at Thame fair, the police have confirmed that a person is in police custody.

A Duty Officer, for Thames Valley Police, told ThameNews later this afternoon, that someone who was in possession of a knife at Thame fair is indeed in police custody pending further enquiries, but that no one has been injured.
