The Elms Latest Planning Application P16/S2407/FUL, for an extra care housing development comprising 87 apartments, houses and a communal residents centre with basement parking and storage areas, together with the creation of a new public open space, provision of new vehicle access from Elms Road and a new pedestrian/cycle link onto the Upper High Street, will be considered by Thame Town Councillors at an additional council meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. The plans can be viewed in the Information Centre at Thame Town Hall.
